I am a dedicated and passionate accredited practising dietitian (APD) with a mission to help you feel your best through the power of nutrition. With a special focus on women’s health and weight management.
I strive to empower you with the knowledge needed to achieve your health goals and lead a vibrant, balanced life.

My journey into the world of nutrition started in high school PDHPE, learning about nutrition and how food affects our bodies and overall well being. Fast forward to university where I completed a bachelor of Nutrition Science. My passion for dietetics was so strong I then went on to studying my Masters of Dietetics.

My goal is to show you that nourishing your body doesn’t have to be complicated, it can fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. By working together, we can create a plan and strategies tailored to your needs, helping you overcome challenges and embrace a healthier lifestyle.
